Warranty

Bitfi warrants its product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of (1) year from the original date of purchase. Pursuant to this Limited Warranty, Bitfi will at its option, a.) repair the product using new or refurbished parts or b.) replace the product with a new one. For the purposes of this Limited Warranty, “refurbished” means a part that has been returned to its original specifications. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies.

The Limited Warranty covers only the hardware components packaged with the product. It does not cover technical assistance for hardware or software usage and it does not cover any software products contained in the device. Any such software is provided “as is” unless expressly stated in any enclosed software Limited Warranty. Please refer to the End User License Agreements included with the device for your rights and obligations with respect to the software.

To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product, shipping prepaid, to an authorized service center. A dated purchase receipt is required. To find a service center in your area, please contact support@bitfi.com.
