You can make a return at anytime, for any reason, within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. The returned item should be in reasonably good condition and free of physical damage. If the return is the result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the item and shipping charges. If the item is returned for any other reason, we may refund only the cost of the item, less shipping costs.
We will reimburse you for returned items the same way that you paid for them. Once we receive your return, we will process it within 2 - 3 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 7 days before the refunded funds appear or are reflected in your account. Your return will be refunded only in US dollars, regardless of the currency that you originally used to make the payment. If you used any other currency, the refunded amount will be the amount in US dollars based on the exchange rate at the time you made your purchase, not at the time that your refund is being processed.
